Ruby Hospitality’s Response To COVID-19

Our team has been monitoring the evolving global impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID‑19) and are paying close attention to recommendations from the CDC and our local health district. Rest assured we are taking every additional measure to ensure your safety and protection while you stay with us.

We have supplemented our normal procedures with additional COVID-19 cleanliness-specific guidance, training and information to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

  • Our hotel teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating/cleaning protocols.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, and room keys.
  • The housekeepers will not be entering your guestroom and providing stayover services unless specifically requested and coordinated with the front office. This is a measure put into place in order to reduce contact in your guestroom while you are staying with us.
  • We have intensified our room cleaning protocols to exceed the high standards already in place.
