- Omelet & Carving Station• Omelet Station: mushroom, onion, mixed bell papers, tomato, ham, ground sausage, bacon, mix cheese• Carving Station: Prime Rib/Pork Loin/Roast Beef/Glazed Ham/Steam Ship Rounds• Waffle & Pancake Station-make to order
- Salads, Cold Foods, Pastry, & Fruit Station• Salads: Waldorf Salad, Egg Salad, Caesar Salad, Spring Mix, Gelatin Salad• Salad Dressing: Ranch, Italian, Thousand Island, Blue Cheese• Cold Foods: Deviled Eggs, Fruit Cups (custard/whipped cream & chocolate mousse)• Fruits: Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honey Dew, Grape, Orange• Bread & Breakfast Pastry Station
